VBX goes to market primarily through skilled and trained resellers who are proven suppliers of telephony solutions. This means that our carefully selected reseller channels have the experience and skills to make these solutions work for you, providing cutting-edge technology, voice quality and service. The VBX platform also contains powerful remote support and diagnostic features that allow for remote troubleshooting. For the end user and the reseller this results in a large percentage of calls to be solved quickly on the fly, thereby boosting service levels and in most cases negating the need for costly onsite support and configuration changes. All our VoIP PBX’s are also sold with software maintenance contracts and remote support included, thereby catering for in-version software upgrades.
