Please listen to the prompts carefully. You will be asked for your extension number (the extension number of the phone you are diverting from), then you will be asked for the extension number of where you want your calls to go. To de-activate call forwarding, please press *73 from your Snom switchboard.

Question:There are no incoming or outgoing calls active. Answer: There could be a number of possibilities why this is happening. Your handset or VoIP server might not be registering. Your ADSL line could be down. Please contact your service provider.
Question: Other extensions are ringing when my phone rings. De-activate the call forward does not solve this problem. Answer: All these extensions have probably been included in a ring group on the VoIP server upon initial request. If you want this altered, please contact you service provider.
